Chocolate & Vanilla Yogurt Cookies

When you’re eating ice cream, sometimes you just can’t decide between refreshing vanilla or creamy chocolate, so you get a twist! It’s a great idea and now we’re applying it to cookies.

Ingredients:

2/3 Cup Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1.5 Cups Evoke Morning Zen Muesli
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1.5 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Butter, softened
1 Tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2: Use a spoon to mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended
Step 3: Cover a baking sheet with parchment or spray with baking spray
Step 4: Scoop mixture by the spoonful onto the baking sheet, flattening each cookie slightly (leave 1-2 inches between each cookie)
Step 5: Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are bronze
Step 6: Take out of the oven and let cool for 3-5 minutes
Step 7: Transfer cookies to a cooling rack
Step 8: ENJOY!
