Another month gone and only one left! This year is flying by. Here’s some of my favorite links from this past week.

 

Food

Tomato and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts I eat lots of chicken and am always looking for (healthy) ways to freshen it up. This recipe looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it this weekend.

 

Black Bean, Sweet Potato, and Red Quinoa Soup– Healthy, hearty, tasty. What more do you need? This vegan soup is loaded with flavor and has some great garnish suggestions.

 

Roasted Kabocha Squash Tots– I eat lots of raw veggies but, as NY temperatures have dropped rapidly in the past month, I’ve been turning to the oven a lot more. This recipe is very simple and can be applied to a variety of squash/veggies.

 

Fit

Holiday Gift Guide for Athletes– Athletes are pretty easy to shop for. Never can have too many athletic socks or moisture wicking shirts. Throw in some weights and a few food bars and they’ll be a happy camper.
