Antioxidant Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Antoxidant muesli
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Blueberries or strawberries
  • 2 cups Milk, juice, or water

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend 40 sec, pulsing 2-3 times.
  3. Enjoy your health!
